Nick Stake, is a Senior Consultant with Collaborative Safety, LLC. Mr. Stake worked for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) for almost 20 years, completing his tenure as a Correctional Lieutenant. Mr. Stake comes to Collaborative Safety with extensive experience in Corrections, which includes correctional health care, supervising mental health inmates and investigating critical incidents. Mr. Stake has operated across multiple disciplines, including Administrative Segregation, Security Housing Unit, Enhanced Outpatient Program, General Population and the Psychiatric Services Unit (PSU). Within the Investigative Services Unit (ISU) he was responsible for contraband introduction, security threat group management, PREA investigations, suicide reviews, homicide investigations, cellphone forensics, crime scene management, K9 supervisor and overall institutional security. Mr. Stake’s cumulative experience in leadership, corrections, and investigations makes him a valuable addition to the Collaborative Safety team.
