In her role, Madison manages the day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing organizational scheduling and directly supporting both co-founders by managing executive priorities and calendar coordination. She communicates on behalf of team members to organize meetings, trainings, and external engagements. Madison leads all marketing and outward-facing branded materials for Collaborative Safety, shaping the firm’s visual identity and public presence across platforms. Through her combined expertise in operations, communications, and marketing, she brings a thoughtful, organized, and forward-looking perspective to Collaborative Safety’s work.
